It does no, the people are already dead it doesn't bring the person back it just kills another person.
I know there was this guy who's wife was in the carribeen and a 2 weeks after she was supposed to be back she wasn't so they tried him for murder and found him gulity and his 4 kids were sent to the orpanage along with the child they adopted who was his only son he never got to meet a month later who showed up but their mother who had spent all her money and had to work to pay and pay for her seizure medacine and had no phone her kids suffered and so did her husband and she felt guilty. Is that fair?
